Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Starter includes unlimited orders, QR menus, POS, kitchen tickets and billing at no cost — ideal for a single outlet getting started.
When do I need Pro or Enterprise?
Move to Pro when you want inventory and food costing, loyalty, the full reports hub or aggregator reconciliation. Choose Enterprise when you run more than one outlet under one organization. During early access both are free — you can start on Pro today at no cost.
Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no lock-in. Onboarding is self-serve, and you can import your whole menu from a spreadsheet to get going quickly.
Does DineoTech process card payments?
Not yet — DineoTech records how a guest paid (cash, card, UPI, wallet) for clean reconciliation, but does not process card payments itself.
